Shipping, Exchange and Return Policy

Sofari store is focused on providing comfort and the highest quality on shapewear for each type of body, made from the best 100% Colombian textile and manufacturing.

 

SHIPPING

Our shipping orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00P.M will be processed the next business day.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

Free shipping (if you need an exchange or return you will be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse and back to your address)

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Intimate products, Panties, Boxer, Thongs and others in direct contact with private parts. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 To process your return or exchange you may contact us to our Returns center through sofaristore@gmail.com, you will receive an e-mail back to you with the steps to follow.

Once the returned item is accepted, you will receive a credit code with the value of your return to the same e-mail, to allow you to make a new purchase using your credit.

 

Items will not apply for returns or exchanges in the next cases: 

  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
  • If they are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If item has been used.
  • If item has any deodorant stain, fragrance or dirt.
  • If item does not have its original packaging and tags.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, SALE ITEMS DO NOT APPLY.

If your item does not apply for return or exchange, it will be sent back to your address. 

 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
